Over the past six years, Lexus has released limited-edition models as part of its ongoing Inspiration Series, each new car enhancing the lineup and adding exclusivity and value for customers. As if the already-stunning grand tourer needed any further enhancements, the Japanese luxury automaker has finally introduced the 2022 Lexus LC500 Inspiration Series.

Inside, where Lexus claims it focused on offering a meditative, luxurious experience, the LC500 Inspiration Series adds a two-tone Black and Dark Rose leather upholstery and door sill scuff plates with an Inspiration Series inscription.

The perforated seats feature Dark Rose contrast stitching and seat belts, and each car sports a special serialized badge and 21-inch two-tone wheels. Standard equipment on all 150 cars includes the head-up display and 13-speaker Mark Levinson 915-watt sound system.

The Dark Rose matches the fabric chosen for the retractable soft-top on the convertible car, which is contrasted against Iridium silver bodywork and darkened trim accents. Convertible models also offer climate concierge with upper body heating and add a NuLuxe headliner, and get a small air spoiler on the exterior.

All non-hybrid LC500 models, including all 150 of these limited edition cars, come powered by a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V-8 rated at 471 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. The V-8 rig connects to a 10-speed automatic transmission that sends output to the rear wheels. All that power can hustle the gorgeous LC500 from zero to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds.

The LC500 Inspiration Series slides into showrooms in late spring 2022, and Lexus has set pricing for the Coupe at $104,500, and $115,580 for the convertible.
